4. Donations

GBI Foundation Inc. is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN: 47-4016484). All charitable contributions made to GBI Foundation are tax-deductible to the full extent permitted by law. By making a donation through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Tax-Deductible Status: Donations to GBI Foundation are tax-deductible as allowed by law. You will receive a donation receipt for your records. Consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your contribution.

• Recurring Donations: If you set up a recurring donation, you may cancel future recurring payments at any time by contacting us or using the cancellation link in your donation confirmation email. Previously processed recurring donations are not refundable.
• Fund Allocation: While we make every effort to honor donor designations, GBI Foundation reserves the right to allocate funds where they are most needed in service of our mission, in accordance with nonprofit best practices.
